All Education & Trade Orders are subject to a delivery fee of £5.95

If your order is extra heavy, we may need to send it in multiple boxes which will be charged at £5.95 per 30 kg box.

Returns

If you'd like to return an item(s), please contact us via trade@springfields.co.uk.

Unfortunatly we cannot accept returns for special or bulk orders.

Please notify us of any damaged, missing or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery.

Please ensure you use a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items during shipping.
